The CDC approach to the Covid-19 virus is to quickly develop a vaccine which even if successful is impossible to implement for the entire World population, let alone unacceptable because of attendant social unrest and economic collapse. Only a treatment of Covid-19 patients tested positive is possible. President Trump was right about the treatment of using UV disinfection of virus, but a UV source inside the body of a Covid-19 patient is not known. In this dilemma, nanoparticles (NPs) delivered intravenously to the blood are proposed to provide the UV disinfection.
